Based on Clause 5, Article 1 of Circular No. 42/2023/TT-BCT dated December 28, 2023, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which amends and supplements a number of articles of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT dated November 29, 2019, of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing several contents regarding trade defense measures, the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) announces the receipt of exemption applications from enterprises that meet the conditions for exemption from trade defense measures in specific cases listed in the appendix attached to this Notice.

The TRA requests enterprises that meet the exemption conditions to submit their exemption application for trade defense measures, including the documents stipulated in Article 14 and Appendix III of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT.

Note: In the case where enterprises have been granted an exemption for 2024 and are about to exhaust the granted exemption volume, they may submit an additional exemption application in accordance with Clause 4, Article 16 of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT at any time during 2024.

Based on Article 15 and Clause 3, Article 16 of Circular No. 37/2019/TT-BCT, the TRA requests enterprises to submit their exemption application before 17:00 on April 15, 2024, following the guidelines below:

1. Submit to the online public service portal at: https://dichvucong.moit.gov.vn ; or
